    It would be interesting to see if any good has come from the grants. I personally think the money would be better used on deterring crime.

    Did anybody else have to go through that grueling alcohol.edu course before coming to Berkeley? Speaking from experience, Berkeley frats/sororities live in fear of the IFC, so they are really good at police’ing themselves. The money should go to fighting street crime.
