iPod User Sues for Potential Hearing Impairment

John Kiel Patterson filed a lawsuit claiming that Apple’s failure to define what is a safe volume for iPod products, even though the IPod manufacturers guide includes a warning that listening to the product at high volume will cause permanent hearing impairment.
