Story
The University of California at Berkeley is world renowned for its contributions in scholarship, academics and lastly, for its research. Recently, a new policy was ratified where University Emeritus will be limited by time and space to conduct their research. The administration wants to create a lab environment that would be conducive to the needs of new researchers, thus displacing the workspace of older researchers. Are the upgrades needed, or is this a ploy to attract new researchers with larger grants?
